Shipping Mainland UK orders over £50 are shipped FREE.
Postage costs will vary per item and will be calculated at the checkout. For all Non UK mainland orders, please email us and we will be happy to quote for postage costs.
All our prices include VAT @ 17.5%.
Delivery Schedule Your order will be processed right away and despatched within 24 hrs, subject to stock availability . International orders are generally delivered within 14 days.
Please allow up to 21 days for items out of stock, please note there are no additional postage costs for sending out of stock items separately.. Feel free to contact us with regard to your delivery, by e-mailing us.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, unless you specify otherwise when completing your payment details. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the purchase price where applicable. Credit Card Security For complete safety and piece of mind we process all payments by Paypal.
Warranty & Returns
In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange or credit note, they must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt and be in the condition in which they were sent with all original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, correctly supplied personal items that have already been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before using. Please contact us for a returns note prior to returning. Please complete the returns note and supply date of purchase and invoice number.
CORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS: No credit will be given for carriage on returned items, goods returned after 7 working days, or if the returns number, purchase date and/or invoice no. are not supplied. Exchanged goods will incur a further shipping charge.
INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED or FAULTY GOODS: Order shortages should be reported immediately. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection. We will refund or replace the goods as required. Your statutory rights are not affected.
